A human touch to lettings agencies

Jake Charles Property adds a human touch to letting agencies. From the beginning, Jake was very understanding of individual circumstances and very co-operative. He made renting out property as easy and efficient as possible. Would definitely consider them in future for any property needs and would highly recommend to anyone else!

Fantastic to work with

Jake Charles Property have been fantastic to work with from the beginning. They managed to get great tenants within less than a week of the property being on the market and at a good price. Both Jake and Charlie kept us updated throughout the whole process. Would highly recommended.

Could not be happier with the service

I could not be happier with the service received from Jake Charles! Jake worked with great speed and professionalism to find a great tenant for me and kept me in the loop through every step of the process. I have worked with some of the other well known agents in the past and the service is incomparable. I would go as far as to say I have never had as good a service from any estate agent to date and I will certainly be using them again. If you are in need of an agent in North London/Herts I would highly recommend having a conversation with the team at Jake Charles.

Service second to none!

The service these guys provide is second to none. I’ve used Jake and Charlie on more than one occasion and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They communicated with me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of letting my property, which was extremely reassuring and completely relieved me of any stress. On top of that, their knowledge of both the sales and lettings market in North London / Hertfordshire is very impressive. On to the next one!
